we would need your help with one hopefully simple question.
Notifying distributors about successful (!) fulfillments does work without problems but unsuccessful downloads won't be saved in the database (only in the log file, which isn't suitable for getting information out of it automatically) nor will the distributor notified about that unsuccessful fulfillment. We tried that with already fulfilled resources so that the following error appeared: ''E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER'' (which is exactly what we wanted to provoke). But the problem is that we do not have the possibility to notify the distributor about that.
So here's our question:
Is it possible to get information about unsuccessful fulfillments out of the ACS4?

Hi Simon,
According to 搂 14.2 Why Limiting Retries of Links Isn鈥檛 Needed Anymore in User Manuel, I think ACS4 does not record a unfilled license.
And when I was testing fullfillment, new license only appeared in ACS4 admin console if the ADE download was successfully ended. But I did not look on license table in adept database to be absolutly affirmative.
Another question please about the notify. Do you know if ACS4's notify url is compatible with the ACS3's settlement url, as gblink compatibility?
