Why isn't my Scene bar visible?

Hello All,

The Scene bar, located directly above the stage, is not appearing on my Flash CS Pro.?I see it on the machine at school, but not on my copy from Adobe on my home Mac.

This Scene bar, or whatever it is called, is not to be confused with the Scene palette from the dropdown menu at the top of the screen.
