Problems with black being dark green

Hi, I have just installed photoshop cs4 and the black is coming up as a dark green, I dont know why it is doing this.

In my images the black is coming up as a dark green and on the colour picker on the left if it shows a dark green even if i click the black/white button it stays the same, and in the pop up colour picker the rest of it looks normal but at the bottom of it there is a green line.

If anyone could help me with this thanks heaps

Problems with black being dark green

It sounds as if you need to calibrate your monitor. Photoshop is colour managed and, if your monitor profile is incorrect, colours will not render correctly.
